What’s the name all about?

The name LANE EIGHT comes from the world of track and field. In a race, the 8th lane is typically one of the hardest lanes to start from since you’re on the outside and you have to run your own race – but you’re still in the race, which means you’ve still got a shot. That’s the attitude that we embrace. Want to learn more? Read the story of our name here.

When will you release new colours?

Product Information

How do your shoes fit?

The Trainer AD 1 generally fits true to size. They’re designed for a close, supportive fit and may feel a bit snug at first, but will quickly break-in and become your new favorite shoes. However, if you have a wide foot we recommend going up a half size.

The HIIT Trainer fits true to size and we recommend going with your usual size.

I don't see my size. What do I do?

Our shoes are unisex and therefore offer the same fit for women and men. Please note there is one full US size difference between women’s and men’s sizes. For example, if you are a women’s US 10, the equivalent men’s size is US 9.

What’s the heel to toe drop?

The Trainer AD 1 and the HIIT Trainer both feature a heel-to-toe drop of 10mm but due to our textured sockliner, it feels like 8mm.

Can I remove the sockliners?

Yes, our sockliners are easily removable. So if you need to wear your own orthotics, removing our sockliner to add yours is a piece of cake! However, for the ultimate experience, we suggest you keep them in.

Are your shoes vegan?

Yep! All our shoes are made without any animal products.

How do I clean my shoes?

If your shoes are starting to look a little less than fresh, we recommend starting with a firm brush or toothbrush to remove all loose dirt and debris. Then, apply water or cleaning solution to your brush and gently massage the stained area. Check out this detailed cleaning guide.

Shipping & Tracking

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to Hong Kong and Macau. If you’re based elsewhere, send us an email at hello@laneeight.com, we’re always on the lookout for our next landing spot!

What is the status of my order?

We will send you a shipping notification via email once your shoes are on the way. If you are having any trouble tracking your order, contact us at help@laneeight.com.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be fulfilled the following business day.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

We try to fulfil orders as soon as possible, but if you send an email to help@laneeight.com, we will try to find a solution asap.

If you’re having second thoughts don’t worry. We offer 30 days free returns, so try them on and put them to the test. If you don’t love them, we’ll take them back. Easy!

Please note that all returns must include the original packaging and all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Where else can I buy LANE EIGHTs?

You can find LANE EIGHT footwear at laneeight.hk, the LANE EIGHT Stores in Wan Chai’s Star Street neighbourhood and Sha Tin’s New Town Plaza, and at our retail partners.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is on us!

We ship all Hong Kong and Macau orders via S.F. Express so you can expect your new shoes within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day free returns period from the time you place your order. If you’re not sold by day 30, you can return your shoes for free as long as they are in a sellable condition. Please note, we only offer either one return or exchange per order, all returns and exchanges must include the original packaging, and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that all on-sale items are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged for a different size.

All shoes marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How many times can I make an exchange for my order?

We only offer a one time exchange within our 30-day return and exchange policy. To clarify, we do not exchange or refund goods that have already been exchanged.

Please note that all on-sale items are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged for a different size.

All shoes marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do I make a return or exchange?

You can initiate a return request by visiting our Returns Portal.

In our Returns Portal, you will be able to request a refund back to your original method of payment; an exchange; or receive a store credit coupon code in the amount of the original purchase.

When can I expect my refund?

Hold tight, it can take our warehouse team up to 10 working days to receive and process your return. You will receive a refund notification email as soon as we’ve issued your refund.
