A note about COVID-19

To the LANE EIGHT family:

First off, we hope you and your loved ones are all staying safe!

As we are all aware of by now, the severity of COVID-19, and the impact it is causing, are unprecedented. It’s a strange and unpredictable situation, but we feel it’s important to let you know our plans for dealing with the situation here at LANE EIGHT.

Our physical stores are operating with slightly reduced hours. We are taking all measures to keep our customers safe, including temperature checking, regular disinfecting and cleaning, and ensuring adequate space and distance for guests.

Our online store remains open, so you can still shop all your favourite colours from the comfort of your home. However, our deliveries may take longer than usual.

With that said, the situation is complicated and fluid, and plans can change. If they do, we’ll make sure to keep you updated.

In times of uncertainty, the importance of our families and communities come to the fore. We’re fortunate to be a part of an incredible worldwide family and community, and our commitment continues to be serving you guys. What’s the name all about?

The name LANE EIGHT comes from the world of track and field. In a race, the 8th lane is typically one of the hardest lanes to start from since you’re on the outside and you have to run your own race – but you’re still in the race, which means you’ve still got a shot. That’s the attitude that we embrace. Want to learn more? Read the story of our name here.

How do your shoes fit?

The Trainer AD 1 generally fits true to size. They’re designed for a close, supportive fit and may feel a bit snug at first, but will quickly break-in and become your new favorite shoes. However, if you have a wide foot we recommend going up a half size. If you are still unsure of which size to go for, check out our comprehensive size guide.

Do you carry larger women sizes?

Our shoes are unisex and therefore offer the same fit for women and men. If you do not see your women’s size available, you can simply convert your size to the equivalent men’s size. There is one full US size difference between women’s and men’s sizes. For example, if you are a women’s US 10, the equivalent men’s size is US 9.

What’s the heel to toe drop?

Our heel to toe drop is 10mm but due to our textured sock liner, it feels like 8mm.

Can I remove the sockliners?

Yes, our sockliners are easily removable. So if you need to wear your own orthotics, removing our sockliner to add yours is a piece of cake! However, for the ultimate experience, we suggest you keep them in.

Are your shoes vegan?

We have started to shift away from using animal materials, and all LANE EIGHT sneakers since August 2019 are made without any animal materials. Read more about this shift.

How do I clean my shoes?

If your shoes are starting to look a little less than fresh, we recommend starting with a firm brush or toothbrush to remove all loose dirt and debris. Then, apply water or cleaning solution to your brush and gently massage the stained area. Check out this detailed cleaning guide.

Shipping & Tracking

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore. If you’re based elsewhere, send us an email at, we’re always on the lookout for our next landing spot!

What is the status of my order?

We will send you a shipping notification via email once your shoes are on the way. If you are having any trouble tracking your order, contact us at

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be fulfilled the following business day.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

We try to fulfil orders as soon as possible, but if you send an email to, we will try to find a solution asap.

If you’re having second thoughts don’t worry. We offer 30 days free returns, so try them on and put them to the test. If you don’t love them, we’ll take them back. Easy. Please note that all returns must include the original packaging and all shipping fees are non-refundable.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is on us! We ship all Hong Kong orders via S.F. Express so you can expect your new shoes within 2-5 business days.

We ship our Singapore orders via Kerry and your new shoes should arrive in 5-7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day free returns period from the time you place your order. If you’re not sold by day 30, you can return your shoes for free with no questions asked, even if you’ve been staying active in them. Please note, we only offer either one return or exchange per order, all returns and exchanges must include the original packaging, and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

All shoes marked Final Sale are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Please note that all orders placed during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday and 11.11 sale are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged for a different size of the same colour.

How many times can I make an exchange for my order?

We only offer a one time exchange within our 30-day return and exchange policy. To clarify, we do not exchange or refund goods that have already been exchanged.

How do I make a return or exchange?

You can initiate a return request by visiting our Returns Portal.

In our Returns Portal, you will be able to request a refund back to your original method of payment; an exchange for a different size in the same color; or receive a store credit coupon code in the amount of the original purchase.

When can I expect my refund?
