For this special Mother’s Day edition, we caught up with restaurateur, entrepreneur, and mother of three kids and 2 dogs, Esther Sham. Q: How do you balance being an entrepreneur, restaurateur, and mother of three kids (+ 2 dogs)?
E: I do plan my days around my boys, home & work. And I like to wake up super early so I can my get errands done and have some time for myself.
Q: Favorite thing about being a mother?
E: Seeing my kids grow & how they learn new things day by day. And every time when they call “mama”, my heart still does melt a little.
Q: First family vacation destination post-COVID?

E: TV drama marathons when the boys are asleep.

E: No food an hour after, then avocado & poached egg toast.
Q: If you were an Olympic athlete, what would your sport be?
E: Shopping if that’d be considered a sport.

E: When I shed a pound.

E: Fendi sports bra top & leggings, which I still don’t have the body to wear.

E: Fake lashes & eyeliner.

E: Practical, Blunt, Emotional.

E: When I feel good & can be myself.
